It’s a busy time of year, but there’s always time for a little art. We have some classes and workshops coming up in the month of December.
Award winning artist Donna Lee is holding a watercolor painting workshop. This class is suitable for beginners. You will need to bring a good set of watercolors and an assortment of brushes. Donna will guide you through painting this hummingbird. Class size is limited. Call or come in to sign up.

The table will be out from 1-3. Bring your kids in to create their own Christmas card(s). We will have cardstock, paper, and embellishments available for your creating pleasure.

Kids create has been made possible through a generous grant from the Linn County Cultural Coalition.
Brynn Carter will lead a class in painting a whimsical snowman on a canvas panel. Use acrylic paints, scissors, colorful papers and your imagination to create a cheery snow person collage on an 8×10 inch canvas. The only requirement is basic cutting skills. Limited to 8 participants.. Please call or come in to sign up.

We’re ready for your art. Please remember that hanging art must not exceed 8×10, including frame, and must be suitable for hanging. Three dimension art must not exceed 8x10x10 including base or stand. Registration forms and tags are available at the gallery. You can print the registration form and bring it in with your art if you like, but please remember that your item numbers will be assigned at the gallery.

Calling all artists! Get your paintbrushes out, dust off your cameras, fire up the wood-burning tool or soldering iron. Linn County Arts Guild is having an art show. This is a community event, and we’d love to see your creations. We are timing this to coincide with our 6th anniversary as a store, happening in April. Intake for art will be April 6-17. Art will be on display from April 20-May 29th. All art mush have a finished size of 8×10 or smaller. More details to follow.
