Come join us! Award winning artist Donna Lee is back to guide you through creating a beautiful scratchboard tiger this Saturday, April 10th. The class is small, spaced out, masked up, with plenty of sanitizer available, just to keep you Covid-safe. Space is limited, so call today.

If you can’t make it this month, sign up now for our next class coming up in May, where we will complete the trio with (you guessed it)… bears. (Lions and tigers and bears. Oh, my!)

We’re ready for your art. Please remember that hanging art must not exceed 8×10, including frame, and must be suitable for hanging. Three dimension art must not exceed 8x10x10 including base or stand. Registration forms and tags are available at the gallery. You can print the registration form and bring it in with your art if you like, but please remember that your item numbers will be assigned at the gallery.

Coming up – Li’l Art Show

Calling all artists! Get your paintbrushes out, dust off your cameras, fire up the wood-burning tool or soldering iron. Linn County Arts Guild is having an art show. This is a community event, and we’d love to see your creations. We are timing this to coincide with our 6th anniversary as a store, happening in April. Intake for art will be April 6-17. Art will be on display from April 20-May 29th. All art mush have a finished size of 8×10 or smaller. More details to follow.

Scratchboard Class with Donna Lee

Donna Lee is offering a scratchboard class on January 16th. She will lead you in creating a piece of scratchboard art based on the photo below. You will need to bring an Exacto knife (or similar). All other supplies will be provided. More information is provided below the photo.

Date: January 16, 2021

Time: 1-4 pm

Cost: $30 per person

Supplies: Exacto knife or similar required. All other supplies will be provided.

Covid related information: Class size is limited to 6 participants. Masks are required. Participants will be able to maintain social distancing. There is hand sanitizer on site.
