Did you know that the Linn County Arts Guild Gifts and Gallery store began as a holiday store only? In 2009 the Linn County Arts Guild opened our first holiday store in downtown Lebanon. It was a temporary event at different downtown locations until we opened in our permanent location at 605 Main St. in April, 2015. However, we still operate a holiday store, where we invite local artists to display and sell their art in the months of November and December. That holiday store is currently open! Come on down and see us.

First Friday Wassail Walk
Hey art aficionados, Christmas shoppers, and downtown supporters! It’s time for First Friday! Tonight we will be participating in the Lebanon Downtown Association sponsored Wassail Walk, so be sure to stop by. The store should smell delicious! We are also busting at the seams with one of a kind art, so be sure to save some time for shopping.
As part of the Wassail Walk, there will be a chili cook-off and a pie contest at the MVMB building. Contact the downtown association for more details.

*As a side note, voting for window decorations is happening through tonight, so make sure you vote! There are a lot of pretty windows downtown. We are a participant AND a voting station.

There’s a definite chill in the air, but that hasn’t stopped people from getting out and enjoying our charming downtown. We’ve had a lot of traffic on this Small Business Saturday. Thank you all!

The mission of the Linn County Arts Guild is to promote art in the local community. We are always seeking people to help us. If you are an artist who has never exhibited your art, this is the place for you. If you are an established artist who wants a static place to show your art, this is the place for you. If you think you are not an artist, but you would love to be if only you had the talent, this is the place for you! We welcome anyone in the community who shares our vision. We have space available for artists to exhibit. We offer regular classes. We also seek to work with schools to create opportunities for students to create and build confidence in their art.
